What counts as a session?
1 transcript or 1 recording, scored once. Re-reading a report you already have does not count again.
What happens after the 3rd free report?
The 4th asks for a card. Your first 3 reports stay in your account either way.
Is there an annual plan?
No. 1 price, 1 term, $8.90 a month.
Do unused sessions roll over?
There is nothing to roll over. The monthly plan has no session cap.
Can I get a refund?
Cancel within 7 days of a charge and it is refunded in full, no reason needed.
Do you offer anything for cohorts or training schools?
